My journey has not only been about scaling my own business but also about giving back to the design community. I’ve served on boards such as the International Furnishings & Design Association (IFDA) and High Point Market Authority's Diversity Advocacy Alliance, as well as on the Marymount University Advisory Board for Interior Architecture and Design. Additionally, I lead a monthly Zoom call, Business Strategies for Minorities, where I focus on building business competency and profitability. My goal is to empower designers like you to grow your business and reach new heights.

Along the way, I’ve built two successful 7-figure businesses, including Fairfax Kitchen Cabinets, a national wholesaling cabinetry company, and our e-commerce site, House of DuVäl. In all that we do, we apply the same systems, processes, and business strategies that I’m excited to share with you.
